Terms & Conditions

By becoming a client of mdkdesign you agree to the following terms:

Once an agreement has been signed, the client will be responsible for all costs originally quoted for, as well as any additional charges

All work, regardless of medium, will require a signature before upload / print / submission - via post or fax

Once a proof has been approved, mdkdesign looses direct responsibility for errors of any kind

Once a project is complete, the client gains all rights to original work created by mdkdesign

Mdkdesign reserves the right to use any part of any project as promotional material, in any medium

Our service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

We retain the right to change these terms at any time

Should you decide to incorporate any other features into your project then this will be charged on top of the original quote, we will always provide you with the cost upon request

Where we host the website, or you have used our administration services we cannot accept responsibility for the failings of third party suppliers

Where a printing firm will be used for your work, under this agreement you'll need to agree to their terms

All projects will require payment for services within 25 days of your invoice date

Any payments not received within 25 days will be subject to a overdue charge for each week (7 days) or part thereof

These terms will apply to all projects in the past as well as present unless specifically stated otherwise

Any payment method other than cheque or cash that incurres a cost will be the responsibility of the payee, plus a 5% charge to help cover administration

We will not share your personal details with others without your consent

We never impede on anyone's rights on purpose, if you feel we have in any way let us know, and we will endeavour to rectify this

This agreement doesn't affect your statutory rights
